How can I make Google Chrome settings persistent like Microsoft IE?

Linked clone / floating pool

Microsoft IE settings (Favorites and such) are persistent, but Google Chrome is not upon log off of a linked clone from a floating pool.

I have the pool setup to delete the linked clone upon log off as well.

How can I make the Google Chrome settings persistent.

I need to have a "Chrome Extension" stay with a user after its added, but its going away upon log off.

I tried adding the extension to the master image but no good.

Thanks!

Are you using roaming profiles or persona management?  You need some type of roaming.

You'll also need to configure some GPO settings for Chrome in order for it to roam:  Set Chrome policies for devices - Chrome for Work and Education Help

I'll share a screenshot of my Google Chrome GPO settings.

Perfect.

Thank you.

(I'm using a Chromecast dongle on a TV and sending over the full screen on linked clone (Samsung Terra 2) via Google Chrome; very small arrow allows you to share whole screen.)
