I am an VM manager engineer and have some customers who are using VMware VDI system.
My customers usually connect their VDI system in their office using local LAN cable and at that time they didn't have any problem.
But some time they connect VDI system from their house or outside using local internet.
In this case they are experiencing ping loss status sometime.
Our customers asked me the exactly reason for ping loss and wanted to see ping loss status in real time.
When they experience ping loss status, they tell me to find the reason. after that I try to check their log using view server but this process in not enough for satisfaction of my customer.
My customers asked me to find the exactly reason for ping loss of VM in real time when they are undergoing ping loss status.
Does VMware have any solution that I want to find ?
