Horizontal Lines NVidia GRID VGPU

I have an issue that I just cannot seem to figure out. My best guess is that it is related to our NVidia VGPU. There are lines that appear in our VMs and sometimes in our parent image when we remote in, to work on it. This includes using both VMware horizon direct connect and remote desktop. The pictures I am including are actually very mild as these lines sometimes fill up the entire screen where the VM is rendered unusable because you cannot see what is on the screen.  We are new to the Horizon game and we are currently in our rollout phase, but I do not want to continue rolling them out until this is resolved. I have tried multiple fixes including the updated graphics driver, but that actually seems breaks our system. I am hoping somebody has seen this and can provide a solution. We are currently on VMware Horizon 7.2.0.

What is the:

  • Build for Windows 10?
  • NVIDIA driver version that is installed?
  • Underlying vSphere version and Grid setup?

Nvidia esx vibs and guest drivers must match.

Try updating your drivers also and see if this solves the  problem.
