Horizons Ubuntu Server 20.10

Hello.  I am running Ubuntu Server 20.10 and have gone through the instructions to install both DoD Root certificates (for CAC access) and the Horizons client (install was successful).

I am able to run the Client and create a new server, but once complete I receive an error "Access denied.  No valid certificate provided"

I have verified both the CAC reader, opensc, and CAC certificates are installed properly, as I can access other DoD PKI-protected sites.

What can I do now?

Using log file /tmp/vmware-bigverm23/vmware-horizon-client-1003132.log
2021-06-17 16:08:12.368-04:00: vmware-view 1003132| Could not open module /usr/lib/vmware/view/pkcs11/libopensc-pkcs11.so.so: /usr/lib/vmware/view/pkcs11/libopensc-pkcs11.so.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The file is in the location noted in the logs above.  Symlinked via sudo ln -s /usr/local/lib/pkcs11/opensc-pkcs11.so /usr/lib/vmware/view/pkcs11/libopensc-pkcs11.so

I have reported your thread so that moderators are notified it needs moving - there is an area of VMTN dedicated to Horizon.

If you are having issues with the Horizon client, your first point of contact should be with whoever looks after your Horizon deployment.
