Horizon view administrator do not detect connected users

Hello community friends, I need your helpSmiley Happy

I'm having some desktops that do not detect when user connect to desktop, horizon view administrator stills shows the desktop as available.

Environment have vsphere 6.0 and horizon view 6.1.1.

Windowd 7 and Zero Clients with latest firmware from teradici as endpoints.

On the VM that isn't showing connected, is the WSSM.EXE process running in task manager?

That's right glennvelsol, thank's for help, I found the solution on this kb : VMware KB: Confirming that the userinit string is configured properly

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Windows NT > Current Version > Winlogon

userinit key must be configured as C:\Windows\System32\userinit.exe,"C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware View\Agent\bin\wssm.exe",

Now I've set this configuration by gpo, but I still want to know what have changed this key.
