Recently we started to use the Helpdesk Remote assistance tool in Horizon.
Although in Windows it works easy, so far I could not find a way to open the "msrcIncident" file in a MAC in order to connect to the users VM.
Has anyone found a way to do this?

I'm aware of no way of how to run remote assistance on a mac, its a microsoft product designed for microsoft operating systems. Hopefully they add something like vnc to the helpdesk too that is more widely available.
