Horizon licensing question

We are in process of migrating from horizon 7 to horizon 8, I see two license used one for connection servers and other for number of named users 100 license on the vCenter.
to upgrade to Horizon 8 2103 do I need to procure both connection server license and the desktop NM or CCU license or if i procure Desktop license is that good?

There's only 1 Horizon License key you need to enter in the Horizon Admin Console. This key contains the number of named/concurrent users. 

In the VMware Customer Connect portal you need to upgrade your license from 7 to 8. Once your first Connection server is upgraded, log in to the Admin Console and it will ask for the new license key.
