What version of Horizon client is in use? You may try with another version to see if that fixes the issue.

I tried all versions from 4.5 to 2006, and the same error was reported. This error only appears on HP 450 G9 notebooks!

Something to do with Direct X graphics driver. Not sure what though.

We have the same issue, happens 6 times a day now.

Also on G8 devices, same DX11 error in the log.

VMware came with this KB article.

During driver version testing i also had the Memory issue but not the error.

We are testing with users if the error is also fixed.

I have HP T730 thin clients that start to show the same error message when starting horizon cliënt logs show things related tot DirectX 11 aswell so I used the workaround

Method 1 - Disable D3D11

No more error message
