Horizon client- Install failed on Windows 10 x64

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Horizon client on my Windows 10 and keep getting the 'install failed' screen.  I tried looking up solutions online but with no success.  Hopefully some of you all can help me - thank you.  Logs are attached.

Thanks,

The IT Support team that look after your Horizon deployment should be your first point of contact, what did they say?

The attached log is related with vmplayer but not Horizon. Please make sure you want to ask the question about Horizon and upload the specified log here, thanks!

I've had a similar issue before and it turned out to the AntiVirus software. The client install tries to write an entry in the hosts file of a Windows machine and some AV software will block that. You can temporarily disable the AV software, while installing the client.
