Horizon admin web portal error

Hi all! A few months ago the following message appeared on the HTML5 based admin platform:

The message says: an internal error occurred.

At the time I solved it by applying the following step by step:

To resolve this issue, perform one of these options:

  • Use either localhost or the URL from the Secure Tunnel URL field on the connection server configuration.
  • Turn off Origin checking with these steps:
    1. For each connection server create a text file named locked.properties in C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware View\Server\sslgateway\conf.
    2. Open the locked.properties file using a plain text editor.
    3. Add this line:

      checkOrigin=false

      Note: Ensure the
      locked.properties file is not in .txt extension after saving.
    4. Save and close the file.
    5. Restart the VMware Horizon View Connection Server service.

But last week, the error appeared again. Someone with Horizon View 7.11 had the same problem?. Thanks a lot for your help!

I have the same issue, on 7.10 version.

I only get it when I browse events, session, and connection server pages.
changing the property you shared did not fix the issue for me.
