I'm running Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 Build 18363.657. When I try to launch The Horizon View Client it fails. I have tried the latest 5.4.1 client as well as 5.3. When I right click and select "Run as Admin" the application launches without an issue. The user account I am logged in as, is a local administrator on the machine. I've compared this machine to another where this issue is not present and I see no differences. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me why this is happening and how to fix it.
