Lately, I've been noticing a handful of VMs (more Fulls then linked-clones) showing as agent unreachable in the Admin console. The VMs has not crashed; however, the agent stopped working. After restating the service, users are able to connect back to their Vms. Has anyone else experience similar issue?
The environment version/agents is 7.7. I don't see any useful information in the logs files that are stored in the porgramdata/vdm folder.
