Horizon View 6.2.3 and VMware Tools 10.0.9 Compatibility

Can anyone tell me why the interop matrix lists VMware Tools 10.0.9 as being compatible with View 6.2.2, yet not compatible with View 6.2.3?

edit: By "not compatible," I mean "not supported."
