I work for a Software company that provides accounting software for law firms. Our customers use Horizon to get to our cloud and use said software.
Since I started here (a year ago) all clients have been forced to stay on version 5.2. The reason? If they run a version above that, when they print, font characters are missing, or are empty rectangles. Why? Why does 5.2 work but not 5.5? VMware support couldn't find a problem either, saying it was with our software, but nothing changes on the RDS host. I can't figure this out, and it angers me.
Any ideas?
