We are having a problem with users logging into their VDI session and when they USB printer installs sometimes it will have for Example: Brother DCP-2540DN series printer. And that will work for a bit or days then sometimes I will get a call and they will say it is not printing now. I will look at Devices and Printers and then they will have: Brother DCP-2540DN series (copy 1) and it will try and make that the default printer but it won't print. Long story short when they connect to their session what do I need to change or do so it won't keep trying to make copies? Plus I looked at the ports in Printers area and I will see USB001 Brother DCP-2540DN series, Then USB002 Brother DCP-2540DN series (copy 1) and so on.
