Is it possible to add an unmanged VM to a Manual Desktop Pool and assign a user to that VM via powercli?

I have a powershell script that will create the VM and join it to the domain directly from vcenter. However i haven't found a way to add that machine to the desktop pool i have and then give the user permission to it from powershell. I would like to automate the entire workflow.
