Horizon 7.11 Conn server and agents

vCenter 6.7

Windows 10 Enterprise 1809

I deploy the VDI's accross 6 hosts. some of them do not get an IP adress . The ones that do get an IP eventualy fail with an error in the Horizon console stating that "No network communication between the View Agent and Connection Server. Please verify that the virtual desktop can ping the Connection via the FQDN"

Ping works fine. There is nothing written to the setuperr log only to the SetupAct log. Please advise?

Can you ping the connection server FQDN?

Can you  confirm the required ports are opened on the firewall?

Issue was the Firewall, customer did to followed the rules set that we did send out. Thanks for helpen out.
