Horizon HTML Access Copy/Paste Button Unavailable

In the HTML view, the sidebar Copy/Paste button is unavailable. All other buttons on the sidebar work. I installed the Horizon GPO policies. I see a couple "Redirect Clipboard" options under Blast and PCoIP. I enabled them all but no luck.

Also if you hover the mouse over the button, it will tell you which direction it is enable

That screenshot is actually what mine says but no luck. I am using Chrome. Is there a GPO I must set? I installed the Horizon's GPO policies but right now have nothing set.

You can try creating registry on VDI agent machine locally and test.

Enabled in both directions

I didn't have to do the registry edit but I can now copy and paste plain text from my local machine to the VM through HTML. The only problem I'm still having is when I click on the Copy & Paste button on the sidebar, I do not get the Copy & Paste window that should appear. Any idea?
