Horizon Console HTML5

I have a Horizon 7 environment that was being tested last year, so not much attention was paid to it after the testing was completed. Now we are looking to move forward with it and the whole Flash thing has happened. I'm finding myself a little stuck trying to find information on how to Access the HTML5 console. Every resource I see shows instructions on how to access it by opening the Old console and selecting the HTML5 version from there. But it you can't access the old console now, how do get to the new console.

Finally found something that actually gave "How to" on accessing the new console.

I also had to created a "locked.properties" file in my sslgateway\conf for it accept logins

its newadmin in older versions, and in newer ones like 7.13 its just admin. Locked.properties can be required to fix the origin checking but there are also other settings you may need in locked.properties as well.
