Horizon Client and Blast via UAG remote connection ended

When running Horizon Client from outside through UAG and settings from Connections servers via RDSH published apps and remote desktops says Default protocol "BLAST" i get black screen and "Connection to the remote computer ended". If i change protocol on Horizon Client from Default "BLAST" to "PCOIP" i get it running.

HTML access works fine, all RDS desktops and applications works as it should. What can be wrong, it seems that UAG not even trying to connect via 22443 when looking at Cisco logs.

For Blast the default ports from the Horizon Client to the UAG is TCP 443 and 8443. Optionally UDP 443 and 8443 can be used. The UAG then connects directly to the Horizon Agent on TCP 22443 (You need to make sure that tunneling is not enabled on the connection servers).

this is correct 100%

however be sure for blast extrema to open the port 22443 TCP and UDP from UAG to RDSH host
