Hi DavidGallus,

Apologize for the confusion caused to you by using our products.

Actually, presentation mode and touchpad mode are two features which designed for customers who do not have a mouse but can only touch the screen with their fingers. These two features will conflict with normal mouse support, which also means that when you turn on the presentation mode, you will not be able to control the mouse in the normal way, but move the pointer by dragging the mouse on the virtual touchpad(iPad itself) and trigger mouse click on guest by clicking the buttons in the virtual touchpad.

I will contact Jacquie to clarify this issue in our user guide. In the presentation mode and touchpad mode, the mouse cannot be controlled in a normal way, and we do not recommend using a physical mouse.

If we can use the mouse on the external screen, this is a great thing, but for now, we can only enter the presentation mode. The question you raised is very good. We are considering supporting this feature in a future release. Users can freely switch between it and presentation mode. However, we still need to evaluate the feasibility and discuss with PM, so stay tuned!

Thank you again for using our products and for giving detailed and useful feedback.
