Horizon 8.3 Webcam and microphone not working

We have CentOS 7.9 VDIs, running Horizon view agent 8.3 and also 8.3 clients, running MacOS and Windows.  But we are not able to get the webcam and microphone to work. We want to use our Jitsi web based videoconferencing software via a browser in the VDI's. But when we open Jitsi, it gives messages that no camera and no microphone is found.

Also if we test the webcam via https://webcamtests.com it gives the message that no webcam was found.

As far as I understand, this should work via RTAV and should work out of the box, without any special configuration.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Robert-Jan

Robert, RTAV is not supported yet on Linux agent. Audio-in is supported.

I would -=love=- to be able to use RTAV with a Webcam+Mic connected via USB on a Mac, to a remote Ubuntu system.

You meant Linux viewagent supports audio-in (microphone), but webcam is not supported yet?
Any roadmap to support webcam for Linux viewagent?

Linux agent webcam support is introduced from Horizon 8.6 (2206).
