Horizon 7 security server UNKNOWN

Hi! I'm a student in atraiting period i'm currently setting up Horizon 7 on Windows 2012 R2 server, and everything seems to work perfectly.

However, the Dashboard show that the security server status is unknown.

Error Message:

the service is not working properly

i've cheked the services in both servers (i mean security server and connection server) and they works properly.

Did someone already experience such an issue, and has a solution?

I'm not at 7.0 yet but were you able to pair the Security server with the connection server? You may also want to try turning off the Windows Firewall on both servers.

First of all I would like to say thank you for your response in regards to helping me

Concerning the firewall i've turn it off

The connection server pair well with the security server

The services are running

I don't know the source of the probleme!
