Horizon 7 Instant Clone Issue

Hi,

I am trying to setup Horizon 7 in my lab environment. I am currently trying to deploy an Instant Clone desktop pool.

When I reach the vCenter settings section and am trying to select a host/cluster I get the error message "Standalone hosts can not be selected for Instant Pool"

I only have 1 host at the moment in my lab setup. Is there any way to bypass this error and deploy an Instant Pool on a single host setup?

Thank you.

I think for Instant-clone cluster is needed but it has no dependency on number of ESXi hosts. You can create a cluster and add only one ESX host to it.

With this you should be able to deploy an instant clone.
