Horizon 7 Administrator (7.12) Console page will not display (Can't reach this page). All Horizon services are running.
Receive the same error when accessing locally at "https://localhost/admin/"
The connection and composer servers have been restarted.
I'm not aware of any changes being made recently, even though another group manages the Horizon environment.
