Horizon 7.4 helpdesk tool

I"m testing Horizon 7.4 and when using the helpdesk tool, I noticed in the client OS field it is saying Linux instead of windows as we are using windows 10 instant clone desktops

Does anyone know how to resolve this, for Client OS field to display the correct OS. Advise on this is appreciated

The client OS is the operating system that the Horizon client is running on. Its not the agent OS or in your case the Win 10 linked clone.
