Horizon 7.4 - Agent Unreachable every refresh machine

Hi,

We've upgraded our Horizon infrastructure from version 7.2 to 7.4

versions:

Connection Server - 7.4

Agent - 7.4

OS - Windows 7

Horizon Client - 4.7

We've an issue after machines getting refresh,

they are become "Agent unreachable" state and stays power off.

Someone familiar with our issue?

In the Horizon events (Monitoring>Events) are you seeing any issues with connections to vCenter? We've seen this a few times and it's fixed by performing a Restart order of the View environment to clear ADLDS (ADAM) synchronization in Horizon View (2068381...​​ We have a case open with VMware to determine what is causing this.
