Horizon 7.3.1 with Skype Optimization connecting externally

We have Horizon 7.3.1 with the Skype optimization pack enabled. Internally everything works great for Skype audio and Video. When off the network Skype is trying to connect to the external edge servers using the internal 300s and 5000s ports. My understanding is that externally it should be using 80 and 443 for an encrypted connection.

My questions are,

First to solve the immediate issue is there a way with UEM etc to disable the Skype virtualization pack for external connections. IE i can filter by ip access point etc

2nd does anyone know what ports Skype should be using externally when using the Horizon Media Pack.

Thank You that should the answer for someone who has access to the edge server. Our Skype admins opened up the external ports that were blocked by the firewall which also prevented access to the few partners we have allowed external skype meetings with as well.
