Horizon 2MFA/UAG/DUO

So, I am working on getting my environment setup for DUO and having nothing but issues. I've setup my UAG to use RADIUS, I have configure the DUO Proxy, and the two are communicating. I have gotten to the point where DUO is granting access but it seems the Horizon is never accepting the acknowledgement. DUO seem's to think that VMWare is just not accepting the response. Any one have suggesttions? Here is my setup:

Horizon 7.5.1

UAG 3.3

EXTERNAL ---> UAG--> VIP of View CS 01 & 02.

Internal --> VIP of View CS 03/04

Any thoughts?
