Horizon 2206 Upgrade fails?

Looks like the latest VMware Horizon Connection Server (8.6 - 2206) upgrade is failing with "Error 1315: Unable to write to the specified folder C:\Config.Msi\."

Tried removing the old version (8.4 -2111) and installing version 2206, but it fails with the same error. haven't tried a clean install by removing LDAP instance yet. 

Anyone experiencing this?

For us, the update worked as expected.

We could only update Horizon Agent as a logged in admin.

Looks like Sophos AV is blocking upgrade of Horizon 8.6 as it thinks its a ransomware attack. Not sure what changed in 8.6 as we were able to install Horizon 8.4 without issues.
