Help with Vmware View 5.1 Error

hello friends , i have installed Vmware View with following scenario :

1- vmware view connection server on VM.

2- Transfer Server on VM.

3- Vcenter + Composer together on VM.

now i have configured all well and its work fine , now my problem while checking out pool with Local Mode , i am trying to check out the machine but its stopping transfering with following error :

"the transfer failed for unspecific reason"

see attached picture to see the status ..

look i have tried many solutions with no luck even i have forwarded all ports as trying to Connection server but with no luck , i tried different machines and different locations and have same problem.

i have enabled option using SSL for Local Mode Operations.

in support information (vmware view client with local Mode)  , the version i am using is 5.2.1 build-937772

is there any suggested solution ? please help

Is it a permissions thing?  Do you have the correct entitlement for the Desktop you are checking out?

thank you for reply ...

yes if course its assigned to administrator and i logging in to client through administrator account ,

one more thing that i doubt , is there any special ports maybe need to be opened on firewall for transfer? i don't think that because transfering for 4.7 GB as showing in the attached picture reach 10.00 MB and then release disk and showing the error.

note that i tried it on different network with no luck , is there something i missed?

one more thing that i this happened with Vcenter pool and manual pool , i tried with templates and machines , same old story

Its the weekend! Smiley Happy

Which firewall ports do you have open ?

Have you had a look at the  client log.  Get hold of the client log and post it on here.

See here to enable advanced logging  http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=101793...

si..

yes .. its work perfect locally although i forwarded all ports to view connection server and there is no firewall on my simple network its only Linksys router and also on windows firewall i enabled all ports for incoming and outgoing connections on all servers...with no luck , is there something i should disable in SSL local mode?

note this problem only in transfering desktop to local mode

So locally means that you can connect to the desktop remotely, but you can't check out the desktop using the transfer server?

have you looked at the view client log?

locally = remote desktop + local mode work fine.

remotely = remote desktop only work fine , this error above while attempting to transfer desktop.
