We have users on Lenovo Carbon laptops gen 9 that are getting an error. Users are on 2106 vmware and cannot access vmware without running in compatibility mode or uninstalling and installing 2111. This just started happening this week for us.
Error displayed is VMWare Horizon View unrecoverable error. (host.12236) Exception 0xc0000005 (access violation) has occurred.

I tried contacting support but the call quality was so bad that I had to ask the rep to repeat herself more than 10 times and she hung up.
