So in our production environment we require smart card authentication for our admins.
If I select the help desk link after logging into the Horizon view admin portal using a load balanced address https://desktopmsn.abc-corp.org//admin I get prompted for my smart card for authentication. Then get prompted again and by the 4th prompt I see the help desk page load in the background but I'm still getting prompted for my smart card pin. I can cancel the additional prompts and the site works just fine.
If I try to go directly to the Helpdesk tool using the same load balanced address https://desktopmsn.abc-corp.org/helpdesk/#/Login I get prompted to select my smart card cert then my pin and nothing happens or it goes to a username/password login page.
Feels like I'm missing a simple configuration change but not seeing anything obvious.
