Has anyone successfully configured PCoIP to use 443 from the UAG

It’s my understanding that the UAG can be used to present all traffic over 443 if we decide that’s what we want to do. We’ve exposed 443 externally and I configured PCoIP to use our external IP with port 443, but it never seems to connect.

We opened up 4172 to the front end of the UAG from the VM networks and I can see an initial firewall hit to connect over TCP/443, but I’m not sure if the UAG is actually sending the traffic back out, or capable of, as 443 and not 4172.

Do I have to have the tunnel enabled? We got blast extreme working over 443, just need to try to get PCoIP over it, if possible.

That's only blast, pcoip cannot use 443, the only way you can only expose 443 is to just use blast instead of pcoip

That seems to contradict what markbenson stated in the following thread: How to make all ports of Horizon out from port 443

While I understand 4172 is the default port, it seems like the UAG should be able to direct it out via 443. So, if it's not possible, that's okay. Just looking for some experience from someone that might have actually tried it. If they were unsuccessful in their own endeavor, it may help me convince others it's not possible.

Take a look at Firewall Rules for DMZ-Based Unified Access Gateway Appliances

Port 4172 is required for PCoIP.
