You don't need to do anything to this server. Just make sure you leave the Windows OS firewall running, and then when you install Horizon View Connection Server, specify "replica install".
This will set up the firewall correctly and only starts services required for Horizon View to operate correctly.
You should then replace the default self-signed SSL server certificate with a trusted CA issued certificate so that your Horizon Client users can trust the service without getting warnings.
