HTML Access - sessions stop responding when browser minimized

Hello,

We are running Horizon 7.1, connection server behind two access points, and are having issues with HTML Access sessions running in browsers.

The issue is when the browser is minimized, and when we try to maximize the browser again to resume the session, the session is no longer responsive to input.

It remains active because I can check View Administrator and see that the session is still connected.  Also, if we resize the browser, the desktop session will automatically resize so clearly the sessions are still active but completely unresponsive to user input.

Sometimes if we wait several minutes, the session will be working again and users can resume their work, but not always.

This is happening across the board in the latest versions of Firefox, IE, and Chrome.

Any thoughts as to what could be causing this? It is driving us crazy and greatly reduces the convenience of using the browser as opposed to the View client.

As per the issue describe, there could be possible issue with browser mismatch version. Refer the Doc for  System Requirements for HTML Access, page 7 https://www.vmware.com/pdf/horizon-view/horizon-html-access-4x-document.pdf
