HTML Access option not available on View Agent install to Server 2012 R2 RDS server

I am not sure if anyone else has encountered this. I was setting up the RDS server based on Windows Server 2012 R2, and when I got to the point where I need to install the View Agent, I noticed that the HTML access option doesn't show up during the feature selection phase of the install wizard. Consequently, the HTML access to the hosted apps does not work even when I enable the HTML access on the Farms. I only noticed it when I was trying to troubleshoot why the HTML access to the hosted apps was not working.

The RDS server in question is a physical server running Windows Server 2012 R2 with all the updates. I uninstalled the View agent, reboot, and then tried to install the View Agent 6.2, but the option does not show up. Same thing when I tried the View agent 6.1.1. Any thoughts?

Physical server is not supported by HTML Access, see details in doc:

IMPORTANT The RDS host must be installed in a virtual machine. Although it is possible to install View Agent on a physical machine, the Blast protocol used with HTML Access cannot access a physical machine. View Agent must be installed on a virtual machine.
