HA is not protected View 5.1.2

Environment Setup

• vCenter 5.1.0, 947673
• Connection broker 5.1.2-928164
• View 5.1.2-928164
• ESXi 5.1.0-914609

We are experiencing only affecting refreshed VM for floating desktops with configuration issues:

Configuration Issues

“This virtual machine failed to be vSphere HA protected and HA may not attempt to restart it after a failure”

I have tried removing host from cluster, add back in .Power down the VM and power on again, but unfortunately this had made no difference.

I disabled vSphere HA on the cluster and that helps but when a vdesktop is refreshed desktop on logoff, the error appears again.

Any idea what I have done wrong?

Anyone experiencing this issue, I haven't found a solution yet. It's affecting desktops that gets refreshed.
