H.264 encoder multiple-monitor enhancement

Hi,

With Horizon 7.0.3 and Horizon Client 4.3 there is H.264 multi-monitor support.

And now, our vGPU desktops are working fine with 2 screens. (before only 1 with H.264)

But, with 3 screens Blast Extreme switches back to JPG/PNG and not use H.264.

Is there an official statement for that ? Are we doing something wrong ?

Is this multiple-monitor support in real a two monitor support ?

Each physical GPU can support several different types of virtual GPU. Virtual GPU types have a fixed amount of framebuffer, number of supported display heads and maximum resolutions, and are targeted at different classes of workload

The number of monitors supported depends on the virtual display heads for the vGPU profile configured on the VM

E.g. Grid K1 vGPU profile K180Q supports 4 Virtual Display Heads with a maximum resolution of 2560x1600 per display head.
