Grey distorted view when reconnecting to a disconnected desktop

We recently started upgrading to the Horizon View Client on Repurposed Windows ThinPC's.  We've since stopped due to an issue when reconnecting to a disconnected desktop from any 4.x.x Horizon View Client. When reconnecting the desktop does not refresh and becomes blank/white and distorted.  The only way to recover is to force the user to resize the desktop to force the desktop to refresh resolution.  Is this a known issue? What can we do as a workaround without giving our users access to the Shade Dropdown?

Tested scenarios:

Agent: 5.2 - 6.0

Client: 4.0 - 4.4

Connect to desktop with 5.2 agent with 4.x client. Force disconnect from desktop (View Timeout, ThinPC restart).  Reconnect from the same ThinPC.  Desktop connects, viewing frame appears black/white and distorted like an old black and white TV.

Repeat with varying agent and client combinations all with the same results.

Hi TrinityR,

5.2 agent is an very old version that we don't support now, could you please test 6.2.3 agent with the 4.4 client to see if you still see the issue? Thanks.
