Getting this error "the desktop does not support the requested display protocol."

Just built a new View 4.5 environment and were getting "the desktop does not support the requested display protocol " when trying use the client to connect over PCOIP, but works fine with RDP...What am I missing?

When you installed the View 4.5 Agent did you make sure that the PCoIP components were selected?

If you already installed the PCoIP components - as Mike suggested - and it still does not work, try disabling any firewalls.

BTW: What is the VM's OS and which OS is on the client from which you try to connect.
