Getting the error "one or more view composer backups failed" on the Horizon Admin page

Getting the error "one or more view composer backups failed" on the Horizon Admin page

The Horizon version is upgraded to version 7.7

The following error is found in the connection server logs.

View Composer Backup Failed for URL: https://FQDNof loadbalancer:18443

LDAP Backup Service command execution failed - exit status 403

Manually triggered backup also fails.

Any ideas??

Looks like we have found a hack to error. A simple password being configured for the composer server service account resolved the issue.Still under monitoring. But done and dusted almost.

It's a possibility. When doing an upgrade for Horizon its' recommended that Composer is upgraded before the connection servers.

See this KB

Joe,The composer also is upgraded. The connection servers have also been rebooted to check whether this resolves the issue. But it didnt. The default backup path was also changed to see if it works, With no luck.
