Getting BSOD while login to Horizin view client .

Hi ,

This morning one of my user getting Black screen error on his desktop ( using Horizon view client ) . I have done few basic steps (Restarted the VM, Migrated the VM, Migrated the virtual drive, Tried uninstalled and installed drivers ) but still getting black screen with a black dot for a cursor .

Anyone have fix ?

Hi Bits,

Its a know issue , Try increasing the video RAM allocated to the machine or let ESXi set it automatically.
