GPP printers disappear after refresh operation

We have VMware View 5.1 and vSphere 5.0 virtual environment with Windows 2008 domain (2003 functional level) and Windows 7 clients. In the beginning network shared printers were added to users' desktop manually. We then migrated to GPP based printer deployment. Definitions in GPO object look like this:
  • remove the printer Printer001 if user doesn't belong to AD group Room001
  • remove the printer Printer002 if user doesn't belong to AD group Room002
  • remove the printer Printer003 if user doesn't belong to AD group Room003
  • etc.
  • add printer Printer001 if user belongs to AD group Room001 (Update action)
  • add printer Printer002 if user belongs to AD group Room002 (Update action)
  • add printer Printer003 if user belongs to AD group Room003 (Update action)
  • etc.

Everything works as it should until we initiate Refresh operation on the linked clone. Test scenario looks like this:

1. Add user to two groups, log out/log in. User gets both of printers and one, the latter one is the default one.

2. Initiate a refresh operation and log to the desktop. Now you see only one printer and even that one it isn't marked as the default one.

3. Log out and back in again and now you'll see both printers properly mapped as they should be.

ThinPrint services are disabled in golden image and Always wait for network setting is enabled.

Has anyone experienced issue like this?
