Forced disconnects after exactly 450 minutes.

We are having a problem with disconnects after exactly 450 minutes (7.5 hours). This should be 15 hours according to the settings.

When the connection is disconnected all open horizon sessions are thrown out completely. You have to sign up again in the Horizon client. Does anyone have any tips ? I can't find a clear cause in the logfiles as of yet:

Horizon:
- Global settings : Forcibly Disconnect Users : 7,200 minutes (5 days)
- Pool : Log Off After Disconnect : 10,080 minutes (7 days)

UAG :
- Client Connection Idle Timeout : 54000 (15 hours)
- Session Timeout : 540000 (15 hours)

F5 load balancer:
- persistence timeout : 15 hours

@Hmunning,

Which version of the UAG has been rolled out? In the latest versions of UAG VMware have implemented a security feature that seems related to your issue when Load Balancing features like reuse HTTP sessions.

Hello mrkasius,

We have UAG version 2111.1 and I indeed found this error in the esmananger.log.

I will first consult with our F5 specialist if this has any impact on our use case. Soon I will report the result !

Thank you.
