I work for a company that is doing a desktop deployment for another company. The desktops that are being used are experiencing a strange issue. When you are scrolling through a folder (Documents for example) when there is a spike in network usage (even as little at 0% - 0.03%) the folder scrolls back to the top. This happens when using the mouse or keyboard to navigate the folder. We are using View 5.1. I have tried both PCoIP and RDP since we use both methods for clients and have the issue using both. Any help or advisement would be great thank you!
Have you run the VMware OS Optimization Tool?

That's a strange one! I have seen that before.
Can you re-install the VMware tools and agent and try again ?
We have run the VMWare OS Optimization tool on these machines. I uninstalled tools and reinstalled. When I uninstalled and reinstalled the View agent I had to go with a newer version as we had 5.1.2 installed on the clients currently.
The issue has stopped on my test machine. I will need to find a time when I can recompose their desktops and will post the results. Thank you for your help.
