Folder Redirection doesnt work for Win10

Hello all,

we currently migrate all vms from win7 to win10.

all of them run tools 10.2.0 and view agent 7.3.1 with the same registry keys configured.

as i log into the win7 vm i am able to see my local folders, same procedure doesnt work for win10.

Does anyone have an idea to this problem?

Not the same, but I had a problem with USB redirection. I ended up working with VMWare tech support and it ended up being the View connection certificates. They deleted them and that was oddly the fix. I want to say it was the VMWare view certs as well as the the VMware. Below are a summary

• removed the certificates from vmware view and vmware Horizon view folders .

where do i have to delete those certificates?
