Flash

Hi guys,

I have a client who has a flash based application we are trying to run in our VDI environment.

It seems to work fine except when you mouse over a rollover image, then take your mouse off it, the image does not render properly again.

I hope I explained myself properly, just in case.....So when you load the app image A is on the screen. When you roll over image A, Image B appears. When you move the mouse off Image B, Image A should reappear again but it at this point Image A does not display properly. It just appears as lots of horizontal lines, kind of like a TV set which isn't getting a signal.

Has anyone come across anything like this and have any possible solutions to this issue? Check video RAM, add another vCPU or will it just not work?

Thanks

Are you using PCoIP or RDP protocol?

There is some setting in Flash optimization inside the View configuration of your pool or vm?

All the flash settings are set to default, they haven't been changed.

I'm running 4.5 and this was running the view client on a thick client which normally runs the application.

Should I tweak the flash settings somehow?
