what are the ports needed to allow communication?

These are the port initially opened for bidirectional communication.

Is this enough?

Is ICMP needed to be enabled for communication?

For access of desktop through HTML access, port 443, 8443, 22443 is good enough. Please refer KB : https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2046247 for the required ports on HTML access

our issue is the clients that will be connecting to connection server is from another VLAN.

already allowed the required ports for HTML access yet unable to connect to connection server.

tried also using different browsers
