File Server for User Documents

hi guys

I was thinking that using a dedicated pool I was able to choose a FileServer as my Destination for the user documents but I see is only on the same SAN-NAS- storage I used

is there a way to use existing fileservers for instance

basically my customer have existing user data and they want to migrate that to View

any idea how to do that?

Using persistent disk inside of a dedicated clone pool will allow you to select a location for the profile disk.  I think what you want is to configure profile redirection through a GPO to point to the existing documents on the file server.

all user data is saved in those persistent disk?

I mean word files, settings for outlook?

what is really save on a persistent disk

The entire documents and settings folder is redirected over to that persistent disk.  Everything profile related should be there.
